Winter:
Ski the deepest powder in Colorado at Wolf Creek Ski Area with nearly
non-existent lift lines and groomed runs that satisfy the beginner and
intermediate as well as backcountry skiing that challenges the extreme
skier. Additional downhill skiing at Durango Mountain Ski Area, which
is 90 minutes away on easy traveling roads. Other winter fun includes
cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice climbing. For
relaxing after your winter adventure, there’s nothing like the
natural hot springs in Pagosa Springs – a favorite spot for the
early Native Americans who inhabited the area. The Hot Springs center
now offers an extensive range of rejuvenating and refreshing spa treatments.

then you've discovered paradise! The condo is minutes from the national
forest and numerous hiking trails. Just a short drive into the national
forest and you can hike along the Piedra Trail, a beautiful trail that
winds along the Piedra River next to sheer cliffs. There are many other
stunning trails in this area that lead to waterfalls, ice caves, and

The condo is also
close to superior fishing. The Piedra and San Juan rivers are within
minutes of the condo and offer world class fly fishing. You can also
take a short drive to Williams Creek Reservoir, which has excellent
fishing for Rainbow and Brook Trout as well as Kokanee Salmon. Click
