Off Season Rates.... Just $95/night (w/ tax) .. $550/week (w/ tax).
Holidays, Spring Break....$115/night (w/ tax) .. $660/week (w/ tax).

Cleaning fees and security deposit
$40 cleaning fee
$25 pet fee
$100 refundable security deposit
