This mountain retreat is off the beaten path, but still close to the activities and attractions of downtown Pagosa Springs. It is located just off of Lake Hatcher near the majestic San Juan National Forest. Just a short drive takes you to the Piedra river where you can enjoy amazing hiking trails and superior fly fishing. The condominium is located off of Highway 160 on Piedra Road just seven miles from the Pagosa Hot Springs and 30 miles from the Wolf Creek Ski Area.

There is a queen size bed in both the master bedroom and the loft along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Warm blankets and plenty of pillows are provided for all beds. There is a spacious front entrance to store jackets, skis, snowboards, or fishing poles.
